ALIGNMENT & INJURY PREVENTION

This workshop offers a comprehensive exploration of safe and effective alignment techniques to create a sustainable Yoga practice. 

 

Knowing the body’s architecture using a yogic and clinical eye will lead the practitioner to a better understanding of how to organize the poses and benefit from an immersive tensional integrity.

 

By the end, participants will gain practical tools for injury prevention and the ability to adapt poses safely.

This weekend of Training is open to all both students and teachers alike.

SCHEDULE (example):

This is a one weekend workshop.

Friday:

18h to 20h - Standing poses

Saturday:

9h to 12h - Twists

14h to 16h30 - Froward bends

Sunday:

9h to 12h - Backbends

14h to 16h30 - Restorative and pranayama

*** Inversions are performed every day with corresponding alternatives.
