PROGRAM:

These mornings will be dedicated to the practice of Yogasana covering most families of poses.
In the afternoons take the time to do whatever you want, enjoy the beach, enjoy Lisbon, rest, swim, walk, run, eat, read, have a drink, make love, whatever you feel like. It’s your afternoon!
Yogasana:
Day 1 - Standing poses
Day 2 - Forward bends
Day 3 - Twists
Day 4 - Arm balances
Day 5 - Backbends
. Inversions are performed every day with corresponding alternatives.

Everyday - 10h to 13h

For the 5 days Summer Immersion:

Single days:

. Once you made your reservation there is no refund. If you want, you can find another student to take your place.
LOCAL:
This Immersion will be conducted at the beautiful Lisboa Yoga Loft located in Principe Real right in the center of Lisbon. It has plenty of art galleries, museums, restaurants and gardens to visit.
It’s an extremely well equipped studio. Very cozy, silent and with an amazing view to the charming Botanic Garden.
